Next once all cocoa is all mixed add the condensed milk .. careful now as it might start to stick on the pan so keep on low temperature...
Once all mixed quickly Cover ur chocolate balls with the syrup while its hot..
!!! The syrup should be on low heat for about 3 minute along with continuous stirring ^-^.
Once all the chocolate balls are covered (u can make a frosting)sprinkle them xD.
