Instructions to make Ranch Mac & Cheese:

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine milk, butter, dressing mix, garlic salt, pepper and sugar; heat through.
Stir in cheddar cheese mixture and Velveeta cheese until melted.
Stir in sour cream. Keep this on low until noodles are cooked. It will be a little runny but it will thicken up in the oven.
Drain macaroni and let cool for 5 minutes.
Add macaroni to cheese sauce and stir until combined.
Transfer macaroni and cheese to a greased, 13x9 baking dish. Top with Colby jack cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
