  16. {Make ready 2 cup of Paneer (you can also use mushrooms).
  17. {Prepare 4 tsp of Refined oil.
  18. {Make ready 1 cup of water.
  19. {Prepare 1 of Salt to taste.
  20. {Prepare of Raita.
  21. {Get 1 cup of Diced cucumber,tomatoes & onions.
  22. {Prepare 1/3 cup of chopped corainder leaves & green chillies.
  23. {Get 2 cup of sour curd.
  24. {Prepare 1/3 cup of water.
  25. {Prepare 1 of Salt to taste.

  6. Allow to stand till the steam is let off. Remove the cover and let it stand for another 5 mins. Serve with raita..
  7. For Raita : Mix all the ingredients given for making raita in a bowl and it's prepared..
