Add oil and combine everything well. Place a butter paper into the cake tin and pour this batter to it..
Open the heated vessel,place a small steel ring,Keep the cake tin on it and cover the lid..
Cook for 20 mins in medium flame and then 20 mins in low flame..
Check the cake in middle using a toothpick,the cake shouldn't stick to it.
